Supporting the Shop Manager to run a thriving, purpose-driven store. Rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor and behind the scenes-no two days are the same. Creating a warm, inclusive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Leading and developing a dedicated team of volunteers, from induction to day-to-day support.
