Welfare and Student Experience Manager
Location: University of Stirling International Study Centre
Annual Salary: Up to £35,000 Depending on experience
Band: D
Contract Type: Permanent
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager Welfare and Student Experience to lead the delivery of exceptional support for our international students at the University of Stirling International Study Centre. This is a pivotal role where you'll ensure the wellbeing, safeguarding and progression of our students, creating a safe, supportive and engaging environment from their first day to their final step into university.
You'll oversee welfare services, safeguarding processes and wellbeing initiatives, working closely with students, staff and external agencies. You'll shape a vibrant student experience, from a seamless arrivals process and engaging induction programme to ongoing opportunities for feedback and improvement. As a key leader in the centre, you'll manage a small team, ensuring they are trained, supported and able to provide the highest level of care and service.
We're seeking someone with experience supporting young people in an advisory or welfare capacity, confident in working with multiple priorities and stakeholders, and committed to sector best practice. Your ability to lead, inspire and keep students' wellbeing at the heart of everything will be essential to success in this role.
