Key Responsibilities for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs within the classroom
Working on a one-to-one basis or with small groups of students
Assisting with planned interventions and support strategies
Supporting inclusive learning and positive engagement
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
Requirements for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:
A degree in any discipline (education, psychology, or related subjects welcomed)
Experience supporting children or young people is preferred but not essential
An interest in SEND, inclusion, or secondary education
A professional approach to working in a school environment
