Our client is looking to recruit a strong store manager to run their Banbury store.
Job Description:
An amazing opportunity to be a part of a company that is UK's leading buying and selling retailer and pawnbroker.Due to their ongoing expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit a Store Manager to run their Banbury uint.
A background in one of the Electronics / Pawnbroking / Jewellery sectors would be seen as an advantage.
The Role:
* Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
* Dealing with store issues such as queries and complaints
* Drive and motivate your team
* Interviewing and recruiting new staff
* Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
* Organising rotas and holidays
The Candidate:
The ideal Store Manager will possess the following attributes:
* At least 2 years supervisory experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had supervisory experience.
* Retail/ Customer Service experience
* Continuity in employment
* Understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
* Understanding of KPI's
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Time management skills
