Acorn by SYNERGIE are searching for a Warehouse Fulfilment Administrator with solid experience using Mintsoft warehouse management software to join our client in Chorley, Lancashire.
The purpose of the role is to take the lead on goods-out administration, ensuring products are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound fulfilment processes with a focus on accuracy and speed
Coordinate collections and deliveries with external haulage companies
Upload and maintain product and shipment data in Mintsoft
Keep clear and accurate records of dispatched goods
Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day logistics and admin
What You'll Need:
Hands-on experience with Mintsoft - this is essential
Previous experience in warehouse administration or fulfilment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Salary is dependent on knowledge and experience to offer.
