Operating successfully with a global team since 2017, Smile is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth using paid marketing tools.
Role Objectives
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, responsible for driving revenue and sales for dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working full-time (40 hours/week) with at least 6 hours of overlap with Australian business hours (GMT+10).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
* Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and CPA, including keyword research, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
* Manage the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion, monitoring key metrics and troubleshooting issues.
* Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.
* Implement A/B testing and develop hypotheses for continuous improvement.
* Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
* Explore new advertising platforms and channels for growth.
* Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to align strategies.
KPIs
* Grow dental cover sales month-on-month.
* Ensure positive ROI and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate, with extensive experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social.
* Proven success in running effective campaigns.

* Excellent spoken and written English, with high integrity.
