Material Cutter Redruth | £12.21 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Material Cutter to join a busy manufacturing team in Redruth. This role involves preparing paper patterns to exact specifications and accurately cutting fabric in readiness for machinists to complete the final product. It is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in precision and quality. Key Duties Alter paper patterns to specification. Hand cut fabric pattern pieces accurately. Mark fastenings and pin reinforcements as required. Generate garment labels. Check the work of other cutters for quality assurance on a rotational basis. Log completed work using dedicated manufacturing software. Requirements Previous experience desirable but not essential. Thorough and precise approach to work. High attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and ability to work well with your hands. Numerically competent and computer literate. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Commitment to delivering a high level of quality. Able to ensure accurate and timely output. Comfortable working effectively within a small team environment. What We Offer £12.21 per hour.
