Located in a stunning Georgian building, Busy Bees Cheltenham Wellington Road is rated Good by Ofsted and accommodates up to 90 children across three spacious floors. Role Responsibilities
As a Room Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Fostering a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Overseeing the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Acting as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
Required Qualifications
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner being an advantage.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
