Role: Senior / Managing Associate – Employment lawyer Overview: An opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a Top 100 firm in their employment team, advising employers across both the private and public sectors. The role combines high-quality advisory and contentious work with opportunities for leadership and business development. Key Responsibilities: Advising on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE, redundancy, and employment tribunal claims. Managing complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and drafting. Supervising and mentoring junior team members. Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in employment law. Proven ability to handle a broad range of employment matters independently. Strong technical, client-handling, and communication skills.
