Overview
Senior Digital Recruiter at searchparty digital Ltd. 6 month contract (initially). Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days a week with the wider marketing team and creative digital studio in the Leeds office. This is a B2B campaign, creative brand strategy and planning role.
This European-wide company operates across multiple product areas including next generation SaaS digital platforms to green tech, with 14 business brand areas in Europe. The marketing team blends agency culture with client-side dynamics.
The Digital Marketing Manager role is at the forefront of the brand’s story, crafting creative and executing strategies that boost brand awareness and engage customers. You’ll be part of a wider 50-person marketing team at Director, Lead, Manager and Exec levels, working closely with the creative and design studio of copywriters, content creators, video/animators, designers and multi-channel digital marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Develop Creative Campaign Strategy & Planning for integrated brand-led campaigns, with hands-on management, optimization and analysis of digital campaigns across CRM/email, paid social and PPC.
* Maintain the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and messaging to resonate with the B2B target audience across channels (industry events, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more).
* Collaborate with events teams to coordinate and execute European events.
* Lead creative planning using research and insights to drive brand campaigns; leverage influencer marketing where applicable to amplify reach.
* Engage with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to extend campaign impact.
* Coordinate with the copywriters, content creators, video/animators, designers, and multi-channel team to implement campaigns.
Qualifications
* Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
* Hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns across CRM/email, paid social, and PPC.
* Ability to maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging for a B2B audience.
