Working in our Head office based in Leeds, The Lanes Group needs an experienced Credit Controller on a Temporary basis to join our Credit Control Department.
About The Role
* Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB
* Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £27000 dependent on experience
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
* Chasing cash by phone/email
* Credit Limit
* Dunning letters
* Debt meetings with manager and depots
* Building internal relationships and external relationships with customers
* Reviewing on stop accounts
* Escalating queries for resolvement with the depots
* Team project work
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
* We are looking for someone who can prioritise their time efficiently, self motivated and confident to handle challenges
* IT efficient
* Data Inputting Skills
* Excellent communication skills via phone and email
