Job Purpose
Are you a detail-driven, commercially minded marketer who loves turning ideas into bestselling products? We're looking for a Product Manager to bring our wallpaper and home living collections to life across global markets. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and commerce—leading product development, driving category performance, and managing the full lifecycle from concept to customer.
What You’ll Be Doing As Product Manager
* Managing wallpaper and non-wallpaper categories across key accounts, from product development through to end-of-life
* Collaborating closely with the Design Studio, Account Managers, and Retail teams to create products that wow customers and meet commercial targets
* Developing innovative in-store POS and promotional campaigns that bring our brands to life
* Owning stock and range performance, conducting annual gap analysis and lifecycle reviews to keep ranges sharp and profitable
* Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective production and high-quality outputs
* Briefing internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear, aligned delivery on critical paths
* Using customer insight and market data to influence range development, pricing, and merchandising
* Preparing and presenting detailed product and marketing plans to internal and external stakeholders
* Leading joint marketing initiatives that support account-specific goals and house brand strategies
* Supporting and guiding Marketing Assistants, ensuring effective delegation and development
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a product-driven marketing or category role, ideally in home, lifestyle or FMCG
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions
* A creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a flair for brand storytelling
* Confident communicator, able to present ideas and influence at all levels
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of retail, consumer trends, and customer behaviour both in-store and online
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* A full UK driving licence
