We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to road safety regulations. Responsibilities * Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the delivery of goods across designated routes. * Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the lorry is in good working condition. * Load and unload goods, ensuring that they are secured properly for transport. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and vehicle logs. * Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
