MCS Group is delighted to be once again partnering with a growing, innovative SaaS organisation as they look to hire a Support Specialist to join their expanding team.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career technologist to join a business going through an exciting period of growth and internal evolution, with strong leadership in place and clear progression pathways within the support function.The Role You will be acting as a key point of contact for customers and helping to ensure the smooth running of a suite of SaaS applications.
