Digital Delivery Manager
Location: UK flexible location (Hybrid, home & office)
Salary: £38,080 to £41,145 per annum, pro rata (plus ILW, if residing & working in London)
Hours: 35 per week, flexible
Contract: Permanent

As an experienced Delivery Manager could you draw on a range of approaches from waterfall through to agile/ lean and bring first rate communication, organisation and decision making skills?
Could you help support our full-stack platform and architecture, as well as wider digital estate as part of our Technology Directorate?
What will a day in the life of a Digital Delivery Manager involve?
* Delivering digital products and services with impactful outcomes to budget and time.
* Coaching individuals and teams on agile ways of working whilst helping the wider business see the benefits of agile delivery.
* Facilitating team planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
* Encouraging a culture of innovation focused on adding value.
* Supporting openness and transparency in the team and directorate.
* Helping prioritise workloads, estimating resources and capacity for successful delivery
To be a successful Digital Delivery Manager, what will you need?
* Great organisational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of product development life cycle.
* Agile project management qualification e.g. Scrum.
* Strong ability to estimate and manage team capacity
* Coaching skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.
* Knowledge of innovation techniques and digital design principles.
* Educated to degree-level or equivalent by experience.
* Experience in open source and other technologies and how to procure them.
* Experience of working closely with product development, digital or innovation teams.
