Beechcroft has been delivering exceptional reactive maintenance and planned works for over 30 years, serving clients in the insurance, education, retail, and hospitality sectors. We're expanding and looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to be part of our growing success across the North West & West Yorkshire.
As the face of our company, you'll be trusted to deliver first-time fixes, manage your workload independently, and ensure every client receives outstanding service—all while working with a supportive and experienced team.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Experienced in FM, retail, or public building maintenance (highly desirable).
NVQ or City & Guilds qualification.
More than just a Joiner Basic skills in plumbing, plastering, tiling, paving, and general handyman tasks are essential.
Safety-first mindset – strong understanding of HSQE protocols.
Great communicator – able to build trust with clients and keep them updated.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a "first-time fix" approach.
Full UK driving licence – this is a mobile role.
Ability to source materials using company trade accounts and manage your own workload.
Team player with a "can-do" attitude – committed to delivering service the Beechcroft Way
