Senior Clinical Director / Clinical Director – Castle Vets, Bishop Auckland & Barnard Castle, County Durham
This position is ideal for a Clinical Director seeking progression or a senior vet looking to step into their first Clinical Director role. Rota is full time, 40 hours a week, with part‑time options available on request.
As Senior Clinical Director, you will provide strong clinical and people leadership across our supportive teams. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional veterinary care while setting clear clinical direction and inspiring others to achieve high standards.
You will be confident in your clinical expertise and decision making, comfortable overseeing complex cases, shaping clinical standards, and supporting teams through mentorship and coaching. You will enjoy developing others, building capability, and creating an inclusive, high‑performing culture where colleagues feel supported and empowered to grow.
