Onsite Support Manager (Trip Support) Location: Luton Airport Overview World Fuel is seeking an experienced aviation professional to manage onsite operations and customer engagement within our Business Aviation Services team. This is a highly visible, client-facing role based at the airport, where you will act as the central point of coordination for flight support services, vendor relationships, and customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless operational experience while supporting commercial growth across the region. Why Join World Fuel Work at the center of aviation operations , supporting high-value global clients Be part of a fast-paced, international environment with strong growth potential Make a direct impact on customer experience, operational delivery, and commercial performance Key Responsibilities Coordinate flight planning, slot management, and trip support services for key customers Act as the primary onsite liaison between customers, FBOs, and airport service providers Oversee delivery of services for inbound flights arranged by global teams Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high service standards Meet and support customers onsite, providing a high-touch, service-driven experience Identify and introduce opportunities to expand services and support commercial growth Support fuel order coordination and ensure efficient execution of transactions Represent sales teams onsite, assisting with client engagement and relationship management Contribute to continuous improvement of operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction Requirements Experience within an aviation operations or airport-based environment Strong understanding of business aviation operations and trip support services Exposure to requirements across multiple aircraft types (business and commercial aviation preferred) Experience supporting international flight operations across multiple regions Proven ability to manage customer and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment Commercial awareness with a demonstrated ability to support revenue-generating activities Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work onsite and adapt to operational schedules What Sets You Apart Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Ability to operate calmly and effectively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment Strong attention to detail and ownership of the end-to-end customer experience Collaborative approach when working across global teams Additional Information Role is fully onsite at a London airport locations Flexibility is required based on flight schedules and operational needs WFS LI-JH1 Please note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
