Nter Talent are partnering with a market-leading logistics and transport organisation to recruit an experienced
Regional Sales Manager

with a passion for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) solutions.

This is a rare opportunity to own a high-impact, autonomous sales role — promoting a premium domestic pallet network alongside value-added services such as warehousing, international road freight, and global forwarding. If you know the LTL market, understand what customers really need, and thrive on building relationships that convert into long-term wins, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving new revenue across LTL and related logistics services — blending strategic thinking with hands-on sales delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the LTL/pallet network sector.

Develop and execute targeted prospecting plans to build a quality sales pipeline.

Leverage your LTL expertise to design commercially compelling transport solutions.

Partner with internal solution design, operations, and finance teams to deliver accurate, profitable proposals.

Present, negotiate, and close deals that create mutual value for customer and company.

Represent the business at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients into operational teams.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who knows the LTL space inside out, with the credibility to influence decision-makers and the drive to consistently deliver results.

Essential skills and experience:

Proven track record in LTL or pallet network sales within logistics/transport.

Established network and understanding of UK freight markets and trends.

Strong business development skills — from lead generation to deal closure.

Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
