We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of FP&A to join our client's Accounting & Finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is essential in driving financial planning and analysis within our not-for-profit organisation.

Description
* Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
* Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
* Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
* Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management
* Supervise the Accounting & Finance department to ensure the accurate and timely financial management
* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
* Ensure all departmental decisions and project plans are in line with the company budget and business plan
* Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
* Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
* Proven experience as Head of FP&A in a large organisation with consolidations experience.
* Experience of cash flow forecasting and board level reporting.
* UK Right to Work
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Job Offer
* A competitive salary, ranging from £55,000 to £60,000
