The team you’ll join is the Smart Industry team based in our Portishead office. They support the world’s leading digital transformation tech businesses by making appointments that truly matter. We find them the commercial and leadership talent to help them achieve their goals and provide them with insights to help them inform their hiring strategy and gain competitive advantage.
The Recruiter role
Put simply, this role is a combo of consultative recruitment delivery and business development. Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Mapping out and identifying talent for client vacancies
* Using multiple routes to market (CRM, networking, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns) to engage with prospective candidates
* Conducting in-depth screening and cultural fit assessments with candidates
* Managing the candidate journey initial contact through to placement
* Conducting regular check-ins with candidates and clients throughout the process
* Gathering and handling feedback from candidates and clients
* Prioritising and managing your pipeline to meet client demands
* Maintaining the highest quality data on the CRM system
Success in this role looks like delivering on your performance metrics, growing revenue for the business, and giving great service to your candidates too.

For this role you need to be able to reliably commute to the Portishead office 4 days per week.
