FishEye is looking to hire a Baseline Manager for Software and Infrastructure (Firmware and Hardware) to support naval radars. This role will oversee the successful management, integration, and delivery of all software and infrastructure baselines including; firmware, hardware, field bulletins, and Software Version Descriptions (SVDs) for radar systems. The position requires expertise in Jira workflows, ClearCase, Git, release management, and integration with Land-Based Test Sites (LBTS) and customer environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership skills, and experience in radar system software development and deployment.

This position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Marlboro, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Baseline Management:
o Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of naval software and firmware baselines for radar systems.
o Ensure proper configuration control, versioning, and release tracking of software/hardware/firmware baselines.
* Jira Processes:
o Manage and maintain Jira workflows for tracking software development, defect resolution, and feature requests.
o Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates in Jira.
* ClearCase and Git Management:
o Administer and manage ClearCase and Git repositories to maintain proper version control and branching strategies.
o Develop and enforce best practices for source code management, including branching, merging, and tagging workflows.
o Support developers with repository setup, troubleshooting, and process adherence.
o Migrate and integrate legacy ClearCase repositories to Git, as required.
* Field Bulletins and SVDs:
o Author and oversee the release of Field Bulletins to communicate critical software updates or fixes.
o Develop and distribute Software Version Descriptions (SVDs) to document baseline changes and enhancements.
* Integration and Delivery:
o Coordinate the release of software baselines to LBTS for testing and validation.
o Collaborate with customers to deliver software updates and provide technical support during integration.
* Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with software developers, system engineers, and program managers to meet project milestones and quality standards.
o Act as the primary point of contact for baseline‑related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
* This position requires an Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in software development, baseline management, or related roles. We will consider candidates with varying levels of experience.
* Expertise in Jira and related agile project management tools.
* Experience with radar systems or other mission‑critical software applications.
* Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
* Knowledge of LBTS environments, system testing, and field deployment processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
* Knowledge of DoD software development lifecycle and documentation standards.
* Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Configuration Management.
Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 – $250,000 USD. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, skills, certifications, and other relevant qualifications, as well as applicable client or government contractual rates.
