We are seeking a Field Merchandising Manager to support the launch and execution of next-generation VR and wearable technology across France and wider EMEA. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that customers can find, learn, and experience products through best-in-class in-store retail displays and demos.
You will oversee merchandising planning, execution, vendor management, and reporting for large-scale retail programs, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage retail merchandising programs across France and EMEA.
* Oversee display fixtures, demo units, graphics, and in-store technologies to ensure high-quality execution.
* Partner with third-party labor agencies, vendors, and retail partners to deliver seamless rollouts.
* Track performance, provide detailed reporting, and present updates to internal stakeholders.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to drive alignment and results.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, retailers, and agency partners.
Qualifications
* Fluent French proficiency
* 5+ years’ experience in retail in-store merchandising (brand or vendor side).
* 5+ years’ project management experience, including third-party vendor management.
* Proven track record in large-scale retail program execution.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel/data reporting skills and experience creating impactful presentations.
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
* Experience with in-store tech demos or consumer tech in retail.
* Background in large-scale rollouts for major retailers (e.g., carriers, consumer electronics chains).
