Following a C2 judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing, the council aims towards achieving C1 status and be the best we can be for our tenants and residents. We have agreed an improvement and transformation plan with the Regulator and the recruitment of this new role forms part of our commitment to transform. Following a recent restructure, we are seeking a new Senior Customer Services Adviser (Housing) to provide administrative co-ordination and support to the Housing Repairs, Assets and Compliance teams. You will play a key role in formal complaint co-ordination across the service as well as financial ordering and payment procedures and overseeing a team of administration officers.
