Youll be the first point of contact for healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring they receive accurate, timely, and empathetic support. Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat from clinicians, patients, and administrative teams. Provide clear information and guidance on digital health products, clinical systems, and patient portals, following healthcare compliance and data-security standards. Use ServiceNow to log cases, update records, and track service requests end-to-end. Review feedback and support data to spot trends, identify recurring issues, and highlight opportunities to improve system usability and service quality. Support users with account setup, access issues, password resets, and system navigation. Work closely with technical teams, product specialists, and implementation teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and a joined-up customer journey. Requirements Experience in a customer service role within health-tech, healthcare, or another regulated environment is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical or clinical information in a simple, reassuring way. Confident using Service now or similar CRM platforms. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and translate insights into improvements. Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple queries in a busy environment. A natural problem solver with a focus on providing solutions that support patient safety and user satisfaction. A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with digital health trends, data-protection standards, and sector regulations.
