An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated midwife to join our Band 7 Midwifery Leadership Team within Ward 3 at Dr Gray’s Hospital.

This is a key clinical leadership role with responsibility for ward management, team leadership, workforce planning and quality improvement. You will lead a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred maternity care, while driving continuous service improvement within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This is an exciting time to join the Moray Maternity Service, as we continue to develop and expand our service, offering opportunities to shape and influence its future direction.
