We are currently recruiting 4 Admin Officers for our client based in Belfast, Lanyon Plaza. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £12.97
Duration: Up to 1/25/2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Working on targeted exercises which will assist with debt reduction, keeping clear detailed notes / records of actions taken and outcome reached on each account.
• To complete all relevant administrative duties that come with the role.
• To fully investigate and manage allocated accounts, making full use of all available internal and external resources to achieve an outcome.
• To progress allocated accounts through the recovery process ensuring adherence to current procedures.
• To review / maintain /withdraw cases lodged with EJO ensuring the information held is up to date and accurate.
• To communicate effectively with ratepayers and any other relevant 3rd parties both verbally and in writing to seek relevant information, agree payment arrangements, confirm occupancy etc.
• To provide telephone cover on a rota basis.
• Comply with LPS and DoF Information Management policies in relation to general Data Protection regulations and Freedom of Information.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* 5 GCSE’s including maths and English (Proof of certs required)
* Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills.
