Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners and building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive and seamless client experience.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Support Financial Advisors in administrative activities, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
* Organise client review meetings, prepare meeting packs, and gather required valuations.
* Handle post and other front office activities as needed.
* Collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
* Identify, report, and help mitigate risks, breaches, or errors.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent to GCSE in England.
* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience in financial or professional services is preferred.
* A strong commitment to client service.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building ability.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to plan workload effectively.
