Job Title: Chef De Partie
Hourly Rate: From £16 per hour

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to help fill a gap in a popular and busy kitchen in Clitheroe. The river side restaurant offers fantastic views of the Ribble Valley for it's guests and is always the place to go for locals. As a Chef De Partie you will responsible for working a section to help create classic rustic dishes alongside chef specials using locally sourced produce including small plates, light bites, mains, puddings and Sunday roasts from the kitchens ever changing seasonal menu.
The role is to support the site over the busy festive period. You will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis for every hour you work and in addition, will accrue holiday pay to allow paid time off when needed. You will need your own transport to get to and from site each day as accommodation isn't provided.
