They’re a fast-growing hospitality group operating two stylish, premium dining concepts - known for beautiful spaces, elevated guest experiences, and a commitment to doing things properly. With multiple sites already thriving and more on the horizon, they’re building a strong senior team to support their next phase of growth. What will you be doing?
* Managing sales and purchase ledgers, including communication with suppliers.
* Reviewing and submitting VAT returns to HMRC.
* Overseeing weekly payroll for 400+ employees, including Nest pension integration.
* Managing petty cash transactions using Pleo.
* Reconciling finance accounts, direct debits, and completing monthly bank recs.
* Recording daily sales from the EPOS system.
* Completing month- and year-end balance sheet reconciliations.
* Posting accruals and prepayments.
* Producing quarterly management accounts.
* Supporting wider finance activities as required.
A bit about you…
o You’ve worked in hospitality finance and understand the sector’s pace.
o You’re confident using Xero, including system integrations.
o Experience with Sage Payroll is a bonus.
o Your Excel skills are strong.
o You understand bookkeeping, VAT, and tax inside out.
o You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy.
o Ideally, you hold AAT Level 4 or have equivalent experience.
