As a member of our Global Channel Sales team. Working extensively with our business groups, WW sales org, geographies and channel partners. You will be seen as the focal point for channel to help create and maintain the solutions enablement content. Ensuring we deliver a consistent, intuitive message to our channel partners. As this is a global role your location is flexible.
You will help pull together components across our three business groups to form customer led solutions demonstrating the full breath of our portfolio. This is a key role in delivering our vision for the future of Lenovo’s channel business. Also, the role will involve maintaining existing solutions, updating content and evolving how we deliver to channel partners, the aim to always be improving the ease for a seller to understand and pitch.

1. Be the global channel focal point understanding customer challenges / outcomes and being able to link to solutions across our business groups.
2. Establish collaborative relationships at multiple levels and regions within Lenovo and alliance partners.
3. Create and drive a clear strategy on how we execute against our plan and evolve where needed.
4. Differentiate Lenovo from the competition.
5. Attend and contribute to weekly cadence calls.
6. Provide feedback to ISO leadership on what the regions and partners need, how we adapt our current content, training, engagement etc and adapt accordingly.
What you'll bring:
7. 5+ years of experience in a channel or customer facing role within the IT industry.
8. Understanding of the IT market, competitive solutions and the ability to position these both internally and externally.
9. Self-motivated, driven and a pro-active mentality
10. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
11. Ability to think strategically, build and execute complex plans even when dealing with ambiguity or unknowns.
12. Ability to work with and coordinate wide network of people in different teams/roles.
