Leads or coordinates project teams from design to delivery of hardware implementation projects for our U.K. and Ireland customers. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions. Responsibilities Provides Project Management support for complex projects within a functional, operational or technical area. Supports all aspects of project execution, including: Requirements gathering, Chartering, Scope definition, Project planning, Change control, Risk management, Close-out, and Reporting. Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control. Ensures understanding of core processes, workflow and customer / stakeholder interdependencies. Ensures consistent application of Project Management methodology, processes, tools and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project and Program Management. Must be fully competent in MS Office suite. Good business English skills (Written and spoken). We are Armed Forces friendly.
