They have a client portfolio of over 3,000 household names, and are looking for a CRM Manager to help manage their client and customer relationships. They are truly on a mission to completely transform engagement and loyalty industry.
The Role
As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimisation of customer relationship management strategies. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure efficient engagement with customers and providing them with personalised, relevant experiences at every touchpoint.
1. Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to create a CRM strategy aimed at enhancing acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value, ensuring alignment with the broader Customer Success Strategy.
2. Take ownership of the customer communication lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions for new subscribers through onboarding, encouraging early usage, and fostering ongoing engagement.
