Job Title: Product Assessor
Contracts available: 10 week fixed term contracts
Hours: 16 hours per week, 24 hours per week, 32 hours per week, 40 hours per week
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Location: Hemlock Way, Cannock
Key responsibilities
* Accurately assess suitability of items for sale through evaluation of garment safety, product defects, seasonality and potential value to customer
* Implement the appropriate recycling process where an item is ‘unsaleable’
* Assess garment selling price
* Work at pace to ensure targets have been met
* Pre‑retail stock in line with retail guidelines
* Ensure stock is de‑branded and labelled accurately in accordance with label management guidelines
Qualifications
* Passion for fashion and homeware with up-to‑date knowledge of current trends and appreciation for market values
* Experience working in a warehouse or processing environment
* Great communicator who can make informed decisions, work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Strong numeracy skills and ability to work at pace
