Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in administrative roles. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our Golf Club, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication both internally and externally.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
* Working with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Publisher.
* Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing correspondence and managing schedules and taking minutes of meetings.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative functions.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Familiarity with Golf software is advantageous but not essential.
