Pay rate starts from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour.
Our policy offers new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with an option to work as few as 12 hours per week.
The expected availability window is Sunday, Monday and Saturday from 22:00 to 07:00. The working schedule is planned within these times, with a three‑week notice for shift dates.

- Being knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding the role and contribution to driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
