Advantage Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading organisation seeking a Business & Project Management Partner to deliver operational management solutions for project & performance management, resource management and people development.
What will you be doing?
* Ensuring compliance with established business and project management processes across the engineering programme team.
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive, integrated plans in collaboration with all stakeholders.
* Managing and sustaining credible resource allocations and financial forecasts.
* Fostering a proactive mindset to anticipate risks, seize opportunities, and adapt to workload changes.
* Overseeing the initiation and management of internal resourcing and external engineering service supplier activities in alignment with the policies and processes.
* Providing guidance, support, and mentoring to the engineering community on business and project management practices.
