About The Role
As Store Manager, you'll make sure that your store is an inspiring place to shop, wowing customers with amazing choice and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. You will lead and motivate a close‑knit team, support, train and develop them, giving them the tools they need to exceed sales and profit targets through inspirational customer service.
As Store Manager you'll create the business plan and develop your people to increase sales margins. You'll manage every aspect of your store and constantly look for ways to improve – as an individual, as a team, and as a store. No two days are the same; you could be getting creative, helping traders, lifting tiles, or putting away deliveries.
Key Qualities and Experience
You know retail and have had full P&L responsibility. You can demonstrate an impressive track record of delivering outstanding customer service and great financial results. You are commercially aware, set your store apart, and are a passionate can‑do, will‑do role model. A natural front‑of‑house leader, you drive performance through clear leadership, coaching, and people management.

Working Hours and Flexibility
Flexible covering of store opening hours (including weekends) and other store cover as required. No evening work, no Christmas Eve or Boxing Day shifts.
