We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of RXO, working on the Costco contract based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for Class 1 (HGV/LGV) Drivers looking for ongoing, long-term work with a well-established transport partner.

* Excellent hourly pay rates:
o Monday Friday: £17.50 (holiday accrual) / £19.61 (holiday included)
o Saturday: £19.50 (holiday accrual) / £21.85 (holiday included)
o Sunday & Bank Holidays: £21.50 (holiday accrual) / £24.09 (holiday included)
* Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per shift
* Average 1012 hours per shift

About the Role
We are currently seeking Class 1 Drivers (HGV/LGV) to work on an ongoing basis for RXOs Costco contract.
You will be responsible for 12 trunk deliveries per shift to Costco stores, with the possibility of a collection from one of their suppliers on the return leg. Assisted loading may be required at some collection points.
Shift Patterns Available:
* Days: ThursdayMonday or SundayThursday (00:00 03:00 starts)
* Nights: MondayFriday (16:00 18:00 starts)
Additional Details:
* Average shift length: 1012 hours (minimum 8 hours guaranteed)
* Work involves trunk deliveries only no multi-drop
* Operation runs 7 days a week
* Long-term ongoing work with consistent start times and routes
About You
We are looking for reliable, professional, and safety-conscious drivers who take pride in their work and represent our client to the highest standard.
Driver Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (HGV C+E) licence new passes welcome
* No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
* No DR or IN conviction codes (for insurance reasons)
* Minimum age: 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
