Office Administrator We are working with a leading employer based in Lisburn to recruit for an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Office Administrator will be responsible for: Providing day-to-day administrative support Maintaining filing systems and ensuring office equipment is operational Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls Arranging internal mail collection and delivery Photocopying, scanning, and managing various documents (sales invoices, surfacing records, timesheets, etc.) Ordering and monitoring stock levels for cleaning, kitchen, and office supplies Managing reception duties, including handling deliveries, greeting visitors, and overseeing door access Compiling and managing reports for staff Assisting in preparing the daily work programme Sourcing information for project planning Processing sales invoices and payment applications for clients Supporting tender administration, including printing, sealing, and getting documents signed What you will need to have for the Office Administrator role: Strong administrative experience Proficient in MS Office to include Excel Able to work independently and show initiative Detail-oriented with discretion in handling confidential information Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Clear, confident verbal communicator Client-focused with strong rapport-building skills Skills: Administration, Office support, Clerical
