Main Responsibilities: As a support manager, you will work closely with the operations director/portfolio managers to attend site visits and quality control audits. Face to face interactions with customers and staff. As a support manager, you will carry out staff inductions. A support manager will work with the portfolio manager reporting of poor quality of service. Skills & Experience: Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector Customer service and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email) Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment. Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed You must be flexible to work 40 hours a week.
