Details of the role:
As a General Maintenance Person / Handyman / Tradesman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers' premises are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Performing various maintenance tasks such as gardening, groundwork, plumbing, plastering, and painting, jet washing
* Undertaking repairs and renovations as needed to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of our facilities
* Utilising your diverse skill set to tackle a variety of projects, ranging from minor repairs to larger-scale renovations such as extensions
* Keeping company-provided vehicles, including vans, in good working condition and adhering to maintenance standards, including a weekly wash of the van
