Key Responsibilities: Case Ownership: Liaise with a diverse range of customers on products, brands, propositions, and systems. Decision Making: Use your judgment to make complex decisions. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with brokers. Customer Interaction: Deliver a positive experience through phone, email, or letter.
