We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing.
* Prepare monthly reports.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised for easy retrieval
* Support team members with clerical duties as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
* Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Balancing daily tills and Ledgers
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with Sage
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Prior clerical experience will be an advantage
