Job Title: Trainer Assessor - Motor Vehicle
Location: Engineering Centre
Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks
Salary: £34,469 - 39,948

Responsibilities
* Provide training, support and guidance to learners who are working towards completing their apprenticeships, predominantly based at the Engineering Centre.
* Guide apprentices through the learning journey from sign up to completion; assess progress to knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) and set work-based smart targets.
* Support apprentices to prepare for End Point Assessments (EPAs) and conduct work-based reviews at the learners' places of work.
* Liaise with employers to maintain successful relationships between them and the College.
* Report safeguarding concerns relating to your caseload of learners raised both in and out of college.
Qualifications
* Ideally, a relevant industry qualification (or equivalent ability) with demonstrable experience in supporting apprenticeship programmes.
* Strong time management, prioritisation, and communication skills; ability to engage with young people and demonstrate College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
