Insight-driven decision making - proficient in using a range of digital tools such as Sprout Social, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, HotJar, and X analytics to optimise performance.
Paid social expertise - knowledge and experience of using paid social ads on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Stakeholder management - experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders both internal & external.
Line management – experience managing and developing others with clear delegation, support and performance feedback.
