Team Leader
Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced engineering team leader. This position will be a hands on engineering position with roughly 25% team leading as well as covering for the workshop manager when required. Ideally the candidate will have engineering experience from working on Forklifts or similar as well as experience of leading a small team.
As a Team Leader, you will:
Lead from the front in an engineering workshop environment
Help to manage the flow of work for the engineers
Prep, fix and maintain forklift trucks or similar equipment
Maintain a good working environment

Proven experience in a similar role/s
Strong communication skills
Ability to work to targets
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
