Responsibilities
* Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
* Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns to the building manager as needed.
* Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
* Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
* Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
* Safety Checks: Look out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
* Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents' experience.
* Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Health & Safety: Qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
* Personal Qualities: A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
