We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who will be successful in developing business with current clients and engaging new clients. We can offer a tailored role in fitting your skills and experience. We have an industry leading commission structure with up to 17.5%. The basic salary for this role £32,000 to £40,000 with OTE of YR1: £41-48k, YR2: 63k -71k, YR3: 82k-88k Candidate Requirements: Minimum 12 month's experience in education recruitment in the Plymouth area. Full driver's license Able to commit to a full-time role and be able to get to PL1 for 7am starts Drive and dedication to building your desk and to promoting a growing company Excellent level of written and spoken English Great communication skills, a consultant who enjoys making sales calls.
