Your Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom to access learning.
* Working 1:1 with children with additional needs or in small group interventions.
* Helping to prepare and maintain engaging classroom resources.
* Supporting behaviour, emotional well being, and positive routines.
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
* Providing encouragement, praise, and motivation to pupils of all ages.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike.
Who We're Looking For:
* Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 ideal, but not essential).
* Experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth support setting.
* Positive, patient, and committed individuals with strong communication skills.
* Passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
* Flexible, reliable and ready to jump into a new classroom challenge.
